Pasture-raised heritage-breed pork:

nitrate-free hickory smoked bacon (regular, pepper, and jalapeno), nitrate-free hickory smoked ham, summer sausage, snack sticks, canadian bacon, braunschweiger, all standard cuts i.e chops, ribs, roasts, etc. Fresh whole pigs/primal cuts available as well.

Pasture-raised slow-growing chicken:

Whole chicken, drumsticks, thighs, wings, bone-in breast, feet, liver, heart, gizzard, backs.
